Returns and Refunds
Please choose carefully as refunds are not normally provided where you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection, or simply found the goods cheaper elsewhere. We recommend you carefully preview all orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your order.
We hope that you love your PAIN BLASTER | ATHELITE purchase. However, if you change your mind about your purchase, shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.
To arrange a return please email info@365health.com.au and include your order number and details of the items you would like to return. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, unopened and in a condition fit for resale. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt of goods.
If your goods arrive damaged or are in any way unfit for use, please email us at info@365health.com.au so we can arrange replacement or refund.
If you require a return for another reason, please contact us at info@365health.com.au and we will process your request, provided that:
- you can provide a proof of purchase.
- the product(s) is unused with original, sealed packaging.
If your return is confirmed by our Customer Service team, returns are at the customer’s expense. Refunds for shipping goods back to us will not be covered.
We will not cancel or refund an order based on “change of mind”. In accordance with any statutory rights, you may have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), which cannot be excluded, we will replace or reimburse you for any product which has been delivered to you and is faulty or damaged. Due to the nature of our product, returns and refunds of product(s) are processed on a case-by-case basis.
Warranty Policy
12 MONTH FACTORY WARRANTY – ATHELITE has a twelve-month factory warranty on all non-consumable items. Please be mindful to carefully read the use instructions and warranty information found in the information booklet before use. In the rare instance that you experience any issues with your product during the warranty period, please contact our Customer Service Team at info@365health.com.au for troubleshooting tips and next steps.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
